Good product, leadership is frantic right now due to the downturn and several rounds of funding to get to IPO. Deals are large but slow. moving right now and its a struggle to hit even after the RIF's

Generally my experience was a positive one in terms of the culture, the team and the product - all top class. However, the challenge from a seller's perspective is that the overall category of sales enablement is challenged in demonstrating that it provides a substantial return.

Promotions do not make sense… rules are inconsistent to fit who they want to promote… Quota structure makes it very difficult to hit quota…. High churn Good place to learn, good coworkers

The only reps who hit their targets are the reps who have been there for many years. They laid off practically everyone else, inbound leads are close to none, and the actual enablement internally has a lot of improvement to be made.
