The organization claims to be inclusive but suffers from excessive management layers. Although there's extensive training, it's often irrelevant to the actual job. Huge issues with the deliverables by support teams; not possible to make more than $100k in my territory which is a smaller, Midwest area. Competition is low amongst SMB meaning their need to spend is not as necessary as in a larger city

solid so far - if you actively hit quota and stay on the top commission tier, you're in for a good time. if not you'll see a decent amount of turnover
