Broken structures in place (cadence tool and conquer phone integration) within their CRM tools. The potential variable compensation is amazing with residuals. Company uses an appointment setting process for a webinar specialist.

Overall, Hibu is a good company. The base salary could be much higher but the opportunity for commission is very high if you consistently sell.
