Former Employee Overall, Positive experience with the company as an employee. The products are high quality and competitively priced. Primary issues are with sales leadership. Sales leadership is very opaque. They don't like to share information about how the overall salesforce is performing because so many people are below 60%. It is impossible to determine where you stack rank unless you informally call and ask people from other sales teams. They do not have clear objectives on how to win president's club. They keep that a secret and do not use a consistent methodology for picking winners. Politics & internal connections play a huge role in quota setting & account assignments. Much of the senior sales leadership team is out of touch with the day in the life of a typical salesperson because they surround themselves with people that tell them what they want to hear.
