Former Employee2.0Jul 19, 2024My overall experience was OK but not great. There was absolutely no on boarding training for my role and basically no support in learning the internal processes. I started off as a contract worker with salary and commission. They switched me to strictly salary based, but still had me tied to my previous quota of sales that I had to meet each quarter and annually.
