Great company.. hard to hit quota if you don't have the right accounts. It all depends on what accounts you get. Aruba went through a reorg 4 years ago and there were winners and looser of the reorg.

Good experience. Was there for 15 years, however, every year was a lot of disruption. Changes to the sales organization. Changes to the account coverage. Every year had to worry about layoffs.
