I worked with a great team. The quota was not based on reality and had nothing to do with the market or past performance of the territory. My entire team was laid off even though we nearly achieved our goal.

Great team oriented culture. There are lots of resources available to help you be successful. I’ve been a sales engineer for over 20 years and have never seen quotas so completely unachievable. Given the average deal size, I would have to close 4 to 5 deals a week to get anywhere near my number.

Overall, Positive experience with the company as an employee. The products are high quality and competitively priced. Primary issues are with sales leadership. Sales leadership is very opaque.
