Great team oriented culture. There are lots of resources available to help you be successful. I’ve been a sales engineer for over 20 years and have never seen quotas so completely unachievable. Given the average deal size, I would have to close 4 to 5 deals a week to get anywhere near my number.

Good benefits and work-life balance, too much micro-management even for experienced field reps. Lots of salesforce updates and excel spreadsheets.
