Below average, everything was generated from scratch and didn’t offer much benefits. Very hard for a first year rep to make anywhere near $100,000.

Some portions of this companies sales team is great...some aren't. Same thing goes with leadership. In the middle of mutiple re-orgs so stability isn't what it used to be.
