Company has no room for growth. KPI structure is rough and will put you on a 6 month grow with no additional training after. Managers are very pushy with sales.

Hearst Television offers a great product to sell on the TV side. Overall experience was okay. Managers are nice but really not a lot of learning opportunities or upward mobility. The CRO is terrible, super condescending, not sure how he has his job. The sale is the easy part, getting that sale fulfilled is the hard part, left because clients were mostly all unsatisfied.
