HealthStream "can" be a good culture fit if you know the right people. Base compensation is laughably low that it's insulting. There is a lack of training when it comes to being in a sales-facing role. The only real training is learning the massive amount of products that HealthStream offers (half of them are useless or underdeveloped). The only reason I have stayed as long as I have is because of the people around me.

Overall product strategy is solid. However. Reorgs and realignments have lead to a change in leadership and a lack of support for the sales teams. My overall experience was okay. They hold BDR's back for years. You have to force your way up but that can be derailed by high levels of nepotism.
