Overall experience was great for Mid-Market role. Amazing culture, especially from a team-based selling perspective. Opportunity for growth is there but not as accelerated.

Leadership believes products sell, not reps, so they don’t pay. Yet, with some departments not hitting goals, they’re blaming reps, not themselves for inflating goals while depleting marketing / product dev support. They are now handing out PIP’s like candy. The culture is unhealthy. I would only recommend roles as acute AM or clinical SE for acute aligned products....Read More

HealthStream "can" be a good culture fit if you know the right people. Base compensation is laughably low that it's insulting. There is a lack of training when it comes to being in a sales-facing role.
