Back to ReviewsFormer Employee A sad theme to see employees opinions on Sr. Leadership shift so drastically over a few short years. An overarching theme to my time here is the transformation from a company focused on helping its employees to a company focused on hitting wall streets expectations.
A move to incentivizing shorter term deals that ultimately pay less, so we can jack customer prices more frequently, or most recently allowing direct competitors that we CANNOT sell or make money on, onto our platform in the name of better looks to Wall Street.
Actions like this directly hurt the earnings potential of their staff who are underpaid by industry standard by a long shot. All while certainly lining the pockets of those Sr. Leaders who have shares galore.
