Great place to start your sales career but because Gusto only sells to small/mid sized businesses there is no enterprise department so not much room for growth as a seller once you because a top performer. Top preforming AEs either go into management or leave after 2-3 years of top performance.

In my opinion this is due to leadership wanting to understand pay for lesser talent, and use intense data based micromanagement to control individual contributes.
