A great place to work, comp could be higher but the fundamentals of a business like this don't necessarily support it.

Overall experience is good. Great place to start your sales career but because Gusto only sells to small/mid sized businesses there is no enterprise department so not much room for growth as a seller once you because a top performer. Top preforming AEs either go into management or leave after 2-3 years of top performance.
