Client services team has strong leadership and decent professional development. Sales org has hardly any professional development in place and leadership is relatively weak. Sales org structure also promotes a culture that leads to reps undercutting each other and looking to steal deals, rather than promoting a collaborative team environment. No incentive for reps to work together towards common goal.

They have maintained raising our quota by large numbers each year. While there are certainly things we can do to hit quota, a lot of our job comes down to the deal external environment which we can't change.
