Great product market fit. 401(k) industry posed to grow in the next decade. The company is more product driven, resources are allocated scarcely towards sales. The sales team is lean but incredibly effective. Processes are maturing but need work.

I love this job. The culture is incredible, the product basically sells itself, and the work-life balance is fantastic. No micromanagers, fully remote (and will never have you return to office) and you basically get to make your own schedule.
