My experience was from 2018-2022, then the mass layoff happened. Base was around 45k for an MDM (maybe now called an AE), plus ~15k bonus but targets were constantly moved or changed so, some quarters it was achievable and some were not. They let go of a lot of great people, no idea how it is now.
