Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience is that Groupon is going through a challenging time without strong leadership. Initial onboarding and training was weak and overly focused on product rather than skill sets. Additionally, you start your role on a probationary period and I watched multiple co-workers get terminated within the first couple weeks. I ultimately decided to leave because I was not learning or growing, my manager was brand new, and the culture was lacking. Browse Other Reviews
