They changed the compensation structure to realistically reflect quality. This is not an easy position by a long shot but meeting and even exceeding quota is attainable.

Constant exec turnover paired with diminishing leads and raised quotas. Don't go unless you want to be underpaid for 3+ years before sniffing promotion.

Greenlight Guru is set up for reps who have been there for a long time. There was an abundance of super talented reps (a ton who were let go) who did not have tenure who struggled to see success because of the way some simple changes that needed to be made to pricing/ packaging to create win:wins for the customer.
