From 2019 to 2022, this company had some of the best leaders, managers, and ICs you could ask for. We were PE-backed in 2021, and then most leadership began to leave, and the ICs followed. Do not work here unless you are desperate. Goals always shift, incentives will never be in your favor, quota is often unreachable and determined off of unrealistic expectations and dreams. This company is a revolving door of layoffs and people who realize the grass absolutely is greener elsewhere.
