From 2019 to 2022, this company had some of the best leaders, managers, and ICs you could ask for. We were PE-backed in 2021, and then most leadership began to leave, and the ICs followed. It's a company that's constantly changing, mostly for the worse, and it's sad to see but the base they're selling to is beginning to realize that too. I loved most of my time there but old colleagues that stayed past 2022 have said it's a bad experience now - so I'd stay away.

Greenlight Guru is set up for reps who have been there for a long time. There was an abundance of super talented reps (a ton who were let go) who did not have tenure who struggled to see success because of the way some simple changes that needed to be made to pricing/ packaging to create win:wins for the customer.
