Do not work here unless you are desperate. Goals always shift, incentives will never be in your favor, quota is often unreachable and determined off of unrealistic expectations and dreams. This company is a revolving door of layoffs and people who realize the grass absolutely is greener elsewhere.

Constant exec turnover paired with diminishing leads and raised quotas. Don't go unless you want to be underpaid for 3+ years before sniffing promotion.

The individual contributors at this company are quite inspiring to work with - all brilliant and motivated. The executive team is so out of touch with reality. Unfortunately - when you have an executive team that drives a company off a cliff - everyone is doomed. The "culture" is fake
