Greenlight Guru is set up for reps who have been there for a long time. There was an abundance of super talented reps (a ton who were let go) who did not have tenure who struggled to see success because of the way some simple changes that needed to be made to pricing/ packaging to create win:wins for the customer. The individual contributors at this company are quite inspiring to work with - all brilliant and motivated. The executive team is so out of touch with reality. Unfortunately - when you have an executive team that drives a company off a cliff - everyone is doomed. The "culture" is fake
