Strategy changes direction drastically and often so there’s a lot of PMF challenges, which contributes to poor results on the sales side. Leadership also tends to change frequently.

Terrible sales organization with ego driven leadership. Leadership does not listen to employees. Barely any sales collateral and the sales conversions presented to the board is inaccurate.
