In my time here, I've noticed a trend in how they acquire companies with established customer bases & good products without consideration for how to ensure these products can be appropriately supported by existing Granicus resources. In my territory, most of the acquired companies' products failed due to lack of customer support, and a lack of product-market fit.
In my territory there was no support from customer success, no accurate history for existing customer accounts, no support from product on improving key issues/bugs in a timely manner, and a blatant lack of attention from leadership at all levels.
As a seller, this greatly impacted my ability to efficiently and effectively do well at this company.
Tenured AE's who were presidents club winners (at other companies) were either fired or left due to the incompetencies of the workflows in this company.
For the level of workload expected to be completed & lack of support and proper training/resources offered; I would highly advise AE's to avoid joining this company. Browse Other Reviews
