Also, the prices are around 4x more than our competitors and the value of more analytics is a hard ROI to sell into government. My clients just need to "check a box" instead of trying to be leaders to be admired. There is no way under God's sky that the math works out to ever hit $180K OTE...even if you hit 100% quota. HR knows this is an issue. The Meetings software reps are doing slightly better than the Digital software reps, but by much. Out of 48 reps in SMG, 10 have been fired/left this year and I'd say the average quota attainment thus far into Q3 is $75K and our quota's are over $300K. Very "woke" company. Internal processes are ambiguous...its a guess of where to turn almost each time you need an answer to something. And Leadership doesn't have the answers to direct you to the correct channel either. You will be threatened with your job, regularly, if you aren't meeting KPIs. They are going to be going out for IPO & so I suspect that is the reason for all this anger & ruling by fear.
