My team is an highlight of the role and Grafana has great solutions. However, path to promotion is difficult and quota attainment isn't sustainable. Moving out of the SDR role is difficult no matter what role you're interested especially if you're not interested in pursuing sales. There have been multiple occasions they hire externally or promoting internal candidates as well.

Grafana is an amazing place to work. Promotion rates are high, people are always trying to get better, and always willing to help each other out. From top to bottom, really good people work here and employees are very happy.
