-Sales leadership is very unprofessional in-front of customers. Example after example.
-Hardly anyone hits quota. Territories and incoming opportunities are not evenly distributed. 2 reps specifically get opportunities based on favoritism.
-Quota/compensation can be changed at any time for any rep and on any deal.
-One enterprise team gets micromanaged while the other has a leader that is nowhere to be found most of the time until a deal goes south and they need to point the finger at someone.
-Product is severely outdated and very overpriced.
-Customers are very unhappy due to lack of support. It is rare to find a willing positive reference.
-People are rewarded based on experience instead of actual revenue generation.
-There is nothing worth sticking around for within this company while current sales leadership is still in seat.
-Internal meetings will fill your calendar, instead of having availability to prospect. Browse Other Reviews
