Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The company is hitting record breaking sales numbers, exceeding plan multiple quarters in a row. But there's been a lot of changes in the past 2 years.
Some change is due to M&A activity, where all employees are given the opportunity to stay with the company, but they eventually realize the "small team" feel that they had pre-acquisition is gone and they find it's no longer a fit.
Some change was due to hiring bad leaders, who themselves made bad hiring decisions. Most of these people are gone, some by choice and some not.
Recent culture changes to sales team have been positive and moving the team towards a much more coaching oriented mindset, but not everyone wants that. Some are lone wolfs or some don't want to be coached. Most of these people won't last.
From the CEO to the CRO, to the CPO, this is a very revenue friendly executive team. Who doesn't want that!?
It's also a place for salespeople who are good or great, but believe they can always get better. And it's a place that has a very successful trajectory.
