The culture of the company fits me very well but the sales cycle in my opinion is too short to achieve monthly goals, especially in the beginning. Most people join the company based on the OTE that is discussed that in reality, only 10% of first-year producers achieve.

Lots of sexual scandals between managers and I.C.’s - politics as well. Solid product/service, but commission was not great while I was there ($60k service sold for a $250 commission. territory managers ran a...Read More
