My overall experience was good. The culture of the company fits me very well but the sales cycle in my opinion is too short to achieve monthly goals, especially in the beginning. Most people join the company based on the OTE that is discussed that in reality, only 10% of first-year producers achieve.

Overall the work and company is not bad, base salary of $45K is not bad as service/maintaining current clients, but the most support and income is reserved for sales agents, but the company makes it difficult to transition from service into sales with a preference to sales from outside of the company instead of within.
