Fantastic place to work as a college graduate. Lots of young hungry sales people who want to grow. Leadership while I was there was a boiler room frat house. Lots of sexual scandals between managers and I.C.’s - politics as well. Solid product/service, but commission was not great while I was there ($60k service sold for a $250 commission. territory managers ran a few simple meetings, didn’t have to sell or persuade the client, and got the big $2500 check)

Goosehead teaches you good fundamentals on selling and the grit it can take to make money in sales. They said the companies business model preys on new college graduates who have never sold a thing in their life, pushes them to sell into their own personal network.
