They said the companies business model preys on new college graduates who have never sold a thing in their life, pushes them to sell into their own personal network. It is extremely difficult to make any form of commission because they require that you hit a certain attainment of revenue over a multiple month span before you’re considered “commission able”. Until that point they take all of your commisions and pay base pay, even though your commissions are based on the commission rate of each carrier you sell through and you can sell tons of premium but only that the commission percent 5-10% is county toward quota.
