In previous years, everyone was hitting quota but this last year has been difficult as the quota was elevated significantly higher probably due to most of the sellers meeting their goals and maximizing earnings via accelerators. The culture, however, is extremely encouraging and always focused on personal growth so much so that Google will pay 2/3 of any coaching program you choose to use to a certain amount providing there's some kind of a job correlation.

My overall experience was good. There is lots of growth and earning potential. In the SMB segment in particular there is a ton of inbound demand.

Middle management in some regions is a complete and total nightmare. The worst I have experienced in a 20 year career.
