Great company, great benefits, awesome people. New leadership at the time destroyed the unit I was in. Ruined the culture. Many left.

Tough to manage the workload but if you fit in with the team you can be successful. Though its a sales role, most account directors are wicked smart and the successful individuals have a skew towards technical aptitude and business acumen more than other relationship based sales roles.
