In previous years, everyone was hitting quota but this last year has been difficult as the quota was elevated significantly higher probably due to most of the sellers meeting their goals and maximizing earnings via accelerators. The culture, however, is extremely encouraging and always focused on personal growth so much so that Google will pay 2/3 of any coaching...Read More
