Number three player has to have an aggressive comp plan to attract talent, so we do. For those who can close deals, this is a rewarding place to work, but you have to be pretty tenacious given that sales ops and approval processes are poorly defined and generally unsupportive of deal making. Great experience in building an exciting pipeline with some cool projects. Absolutely no support from sales management. Lots of pressure with no real help. I was assured I’d have room for development and that certainly wasn’t the case

Great product, poor management and not sales-driven company. The company's culture tend to get in the middle of performance and its promotion system is far from fair giving too much room to politics.
