It is a cut throat organization now which is fine but they do a poor job of letting everyone know. Different parts of the org have different cultures. Much harder to make big money than previously but the opportunity it still there.

GCP remains a third place contender. The company has offerings that are competitive with AWS and Azure, and in some cases, better, but it is very hard to win market share in a mature segment like cloud.
