It is a cut throat organization now which is fine but they do a poor job of letting everyone know. Different parts of the org have different cultures. Much harder to make big money than previously but the opportunity it still there.

Only worth joining Google Cloud as a BDR if you want to get another non-sales role after one year at the same level. Horrible targets, little coaching. If you want to make AE, there's very little opportunities, unfortunately, even if it's said to be great.

Fantastic! Plenty of learning opportunities and room for growth, although at times not so clear for career progression. Compensation structure is historically very competitive but changes annually.
