Tough to manage the workload but if you fit in with the team you can be successful. Though its a sales role, most account directors are wicked smart and the successful individuals have a skew towards technical aptitude and business acumen more than other relationship based sales roles. Might seem like a walk in the park but it certainly isnt, you will work your ass off
