It’s tough to say where my overall experience lands. The product was great, the training was solid, and leadership was smart and determined. Yet the culture was lacking in that it was a bit shallow, and as strong of an engine that ran sales- it was difficult to sell given not-so realistic quotas.

Overall I’ve had a great experience. Gong is a very fast paced and challenging sales role but the company provides reps with opportunities to excel.
