Gong has built a strong sales org where people can up level their skills and make money along the way. Upmarket motions have not been as successful as downmarket but that continues to change as the enterprise space sees a lot of success. OTE is typically at or slightly lower than similar orgs but attainment and W2 seems to be higher.
