It can be a tough environment at times because of how rapidly Gong and our competitive landscape are evolving, but that's also what makes it exciting. Gong really sets all new hires up for success, and the leadership spends countless hours checking in on you to make sure you are doing well outside of work as well. I've had 8 careers, without a doubt Gong is the best company I have ever worked for.
