Commercial sales at Gong is fun and competitive. You’re pretty much always working 5-10 deals at a time. I’ve seen people close $250k (ARR) deals - they’re out there. Its a fun role, but requires a ton of hard sales skills and ability to handle stress

Many POC left company or were laid off. some of the best performing reps having trouble getting promoted because no place for them to go (market conditions slowed AE opportunities, many qualified reps vying for single spot)
