The immediate team and middle management were amazing but the c-suite were a mess and frequently out of their depth in a challenging market, playing the blame game.

The commission structure is based on a flat fee per deal closed but one deal can be worth 20k another can be worth 200k but your only comped on the number of deals closed not a % of the total deal value.
