Great product and vision - lots of customer love. Business is on an exciting trajectory. Low inbound lead flow. Comp is below industry. Sales cycles are challenging since AI is hot but it’s been a traditionally unbudgeted line item so tough new sale in this macro environment.

If you don't care about culture, this is a great place but if culture is important to you, run. Great product, very fast paced, horrible leadership. Zero transparency, reps are arbitrarily and covertly fired "due to business decisions" with no formal announcement or explanation. Reps live in constant fear.
