Amazing product, but very long and hard sales cycles. Sales culture is still a work in progress. Fear of being PIPed is high, but overall I feel good about our future as a business.

I joined this company because of the high caliber of people across multiple departments. I haven't worked with a company with this level of pedigree and passion. This, coupled with a truly market changing product, is the perfect situation for a big ride ahead!

Glean is an incredible product. The leadership team is strong and getting better. Compensation is the biggest issue but if equity pans out with a $5B+ valuation outcome will be good.

If you don't care about culture, this is a great place but if culture is important to you, run. Great product, very fast paced, horrible leadership. Zero transparency, reps are arbitrarily and covertly fired "due to business decisions" with no formal announcement or explanation. Reps live in constant fear.
