My experience at Glassdoor is that although previously we had a chance to earn 200k per annum now with the two bucket system the potential earn has dramatically decreased.

My experience with Glassdoor was positive; the company Mission was inspiring and was on a good trajectory even after the Recruit acquisition. The downside was Comp, the deal sizes were small as the product offering was limited.

Used to be a really great environment, but recent aggressive growth plans have turned this company into a bit of a nightmare. Every quarter more outlandish policies are introduced that make your life harder, and your paycheck smaller.
