overall experience was ok. industry competitors were much stronger and we often got beat out by the #1 because of our lack of innovation. product wasn't growing as fast as the headcount.

My experience at Glassdoor is that although previously we had a chance to earn 200k per annum now with the two bucket system the potential earn has dramatically decreased.

- Inexperienced Sales Director who operated more like a 1st line manager than a 2nd line manager - Cliquey environment where bad behaviour was “accepted and tolerated” when the offenders were high performers. - Toxic & childish environment
